Dat Dog
About a month ago, I was listening to Louisiana Eats on NPR and heard an interview with the owner of the soon to be open gourmet hot dog joint, Dat Dog. After hearing the interview, I COULD NOT WAIT for it to open!

Hubig's Pies
Before moving to New Orleans, one of my favorite thing to do when visiting was to enjoy a fresh Hubig's Pie. Dorky, I know but they're delicious and they're so New Orleans. You can find them in just about every grocery store or convenience store in the city so if you're here, you've GOT to try one.
City Park
On the way back from my bike ride this morning, I made a little circle through part of New Orleans City Park. There is so much to do and see in City Park that it's almost overwhelming. I'm really quite impressed with this amazing resource that New Orleans has to offer... unfortunately, I only rode through a small part of the park this morning so I only have a few pictures. As I begin to take advantage of the park more, I will document and post everything that it has to offer!

Jazmine Cafe
Rating (1-10): 7
Price: $8-$15 per entre
I had some out of town visitors this weekend so I took the opportunity to splurge. The first thing I wanted (or needed) to do was get my Beef Pho fix. So, after doing a little research, we decided on the Jazmine Cafe.
